New Video Production for RNA Automation’s Latest Turnkey Solution

We’re excited to unveil our latest video production, showcasing an innovative automated system developed by RNA Automation in partnership with Arburg. This state-of-the-art solution streamlines the handling of magnet overmoulding, demonstrating the power of automation in modern manufacturing.

At the core of this system is an advanced robotic setup designed to manage each stage of the process with precision. While traditional moulding lines focus on injection, this installation takes a different approach—handling the magnets before they are embedded into the final product. The process includes demagnetising the components, carefully re-magnetising them to exact specifications, and then packaging them efficiently for the next stage of production.

With a seamless combination of robotics, bespoke handling tools, and an automated bagging and storage system, this setup ensures consistency, speed, and reliability. It’s another example of how automation is transforming manufacturing, reducing manual intervention while maintaining exceptional quality.
