At Pixel Prometheus, some projects are about more than just design — they’re about helping a business properly present itself after being offline or underrepresented for too long. That was exactly the case with the launch of the new website for electracompliance.co.uk.
When Stuart first reached out, his business had previously operated with a website, but it had been left inactive for years. The domain itself was no longer under his control, which meant the first step was to recover and secure it again. This was important not just from a branding perspective, but also for credibility. Having the correct domain in place immediately reinforces trust, especially in a field like electrical compliance where professionalism matters.
Once the domain was secured, the focus shifted to rebuilding the business’s online presence from the ground up. Stuart is an NIC-qualified electrician working on high-responsibility projects, including contracts with the Ministry of Defence, but none of that experience was being reflected online. The goal was to create a website and brand identity that matched the level of work he delivers in reality.

The project developed into a full website and branding build. I created a clean, structured layout that clearly explains the services offered, including testing, inspection and compliance work. The content was designed to be straightforward and easy to navigate, while still reinforcing authority and trust. Alongside this, strong calls-to-action were built into the site to encourage enquiries from both commercial and local clients.
Visually, the direction was kept sharp and professional. Electrical compliance is a sector where clarity and reliability are key, so the design avoids anything overly decorative or distracting. Instead, it focuses on presenting information in a confident, accessible way that supports decision-making and builds confidence in the service being offered.
With the new website in place, Electra Compliance now has a digital platform that properly supports the business. It communicates experience, builds credibility, and provides a clear route for new enquiries. It also creates a solid foundation for ongoing growth, with SEO and advertising now being introduced to increase visibility and attract consistent local traffic.
Projects like this highlight how important it is for a business to have a website that reflects where it is today, not where it was years ago. When the online presence aligns with the quality of the work, it becomes far easier to attract the right kind of clients and move the business forward.
